Co-Founder Richard Scarr
Richard has successfully opened and operated 4 cafe/restaurants around the Hobart area. One of which, has been operating for 6 years, the remaining 3 opened during a pandemic.

Prior to this foray into hospitality, Richard was a National Para-olympic sailing coach, coaching at 2 olympics and culminating in a silver medal in Rio.
​
These coaching and mentoring skills have been highly useful in growing and scaling his existing businesses, where staff are one of the primary assets.
​
Richard has qualifications in hospitality management and 20+ years managing various cafes, restaurants and clubs in Sydney, NSW and Hobart, Tasmania.
​
In the late 90s, Richard was one of the first to set up a website based business, turning it into a successful operation, that caught the eye of IBM. He shortly thereafter, become one of IBMs national business examples and featured on Ch 9 Small Business show and Sydney Weekender.
Belinda Hayward
Since 2018, Belinda has run an online business, working with women all over the world, supporting them with health, mindset and personal growth.

Belinda has worked for several global companies in such industries as food, vitamins & dietary supplements, network marketing, finance, executive recruitment, insurance and funds management.
Her roles included: brand management, new product development, product marketer, accounts and funds management, research and administration.
​
Belinda has a Commerce Degree, Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and Advanced Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine and a suite of certifications in various healing modalities.
​
Belinda has a passion for helping women to tap into their purpose, their vision and clearing the blocks in the way of attaining their dreams.
